Service was restored on July 16 and has operated normally since. The extended red period previously shown on this page through late August was a monitoring error, not a real outage. A paused uptime check left an incident open, so the page kept showing the services as down even though email sending and delivery continued the whole time. Some users may have seen 429 (rate limit) errors when sending emails or accessing the dashboard. What happened: A routine infrastructure update temporarily caused increased traffic to our API gateway, which exceeded a provider rate limit. What we did: We identified and resolved the issue. All services are now fully operational. Impact: - API email sending was intermittently unavailable for ~2 hours - Dashboard login and page loads were affected - No emails were lost — queued emails will be delivered normally Current status: All systems operational.
